Metallography Mounting presses ECOPRESS
All ECOPRESS presses can be programmed by the user in a simple manner,
that the mounting process runs fully automatically.
When the ECOPRESS 50, one program can be stored in the control
electronics. A rugged bayonet allows quick and safe operation. The
ECOPRESS series offers a wide variety of different size of molds of 25
- 50 mm in diameter. At the same time two samples can be embedded per
cylinder with an intermediate piston.

50 is the easiest embedding press of this maschinen seriea. This
equipment works electrically powered with an integrated air hydraulic
pressure system and requires only a 230V power supply, cooling water
connection and connection for water drain. A circulating cooling
system is optionally available.
The supplied pressure can be adjusted easily and quickly by means of a
manual adjustment valve for a maximum pressure up to 300 bar. The
maximum temperature of cylinder can be 200 ° C.
The integrated control system allows heating time up to 60 minutes.
The S5349853 thermostatically controlled heating and cooling times
result in short cycle times. The maximum heating output is up to
